Assembler Job Description

TAD PGS, INC. is a leading provider of workforce solutions to the U.S. Federal marketplace. We are currently seeking an experienced Assembler to join our team in Waterbury, CT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble subassemblies and parts of sealed switches using hand tools and following drawings, blueprints, and verbal instructions.
  • Maintain accurate records and data as instructed or required.
  • Report defective materials or unusual conditions to the supervisor immediately.
  • Meet personal production and quality standards as determined by the supervisor.
  • Follow standard practices and procedures as outlined by policy.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • 1-3+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Reasonable dexterity in hands to manipulate small parts.
  • Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
