About the Opportunity

You will join our dynamic Production team, reporting directly to the Head of Production. Your key responsibilities will include leading the development and continuous improvement of our manufacturing, integration, and supply chain processes, ensuring they meet stringent design and business requirements.

You will have the chance to design and develop build and integration systems for electrical/avionics products, conduct design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA) reviews, and create processes and infrastructure to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of manufacturing, integration, and supply chain processes to meet design and business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including avionics and mechanical design, to increase product development velocity
  • Represent the production organization in design reviews and partner with responsible engineers to evaluate designs for cost, producibility, inspectability, consistency, adequacy, accuracy, and conformance to requirements
  • Ensure product and process quality through testing, establishing standards, and developing manufacturing processes
  • Improve integration and manufacturing processes, including work instruction development
  • Resolve product non-conformances and collaborate with the quality team to implement root-cause corrective actions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent industry experience
  • 5+ years of manufacturing, integration, design, and/or testing experience, preferably with PCB in PCBA
  • Prior experience troubleshooting, repairing, setup, and operating complex avionics products
  • Manufacturing, processing, and materials knowledge within a safety-critical environment
  • 2+ years of experience with CAD and PLM software, such as Altium, NX, and Teamcenter
Compensation and Benefits

Reliable Robotics offers a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $132,000 to $220,000 annual salary + cash and stock option awards + benefits.
