Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Staffing Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for finding and hiring top talent to meet the needs of our clients. Your expertise will be crucial in managing incoming orders, creating engaging job descriptions, and building a strong pipeline of candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Find and hire qualified workers to meet client demands
  • Manage incoming orders and enter job descriptions into our database
  • Write and publish job descriptions to our website and public job boards
  • Build relationships with candidates and clients through social networks and industry connections
  • Administer pre-employment tests and counsel temporary associates as needed
  • Maintain open communication channels with clients and associates through quality control calls
  • Develop and implement a strategic recruiting plan to meet market demands
Requirements
  • Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact with diverse employee populations and build relationships
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to invest in unlimited earning potential
  • Ability to quickly master multiple computer-based programs
