Role Responsibilities

As a Critical Care Registered Nurse at our facility, you will collaborate closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver tailored treatment plans aimed at achieving optimal health outcomes. Your role is vital in ensuring high-quality patient care and the success of our department.

Key Duties

  • Specialize in critical care and emergency response protocols
  • Manage patient flow, conduct assessments, provide nursing care, and oversee admissions
  • Communicate medication and treatment plans to patients and their families
  • Maintain precise patient records and administer medications as prescribed
  • Ensure adequate supply levels in patient rooms and handle incoming communications efficiently

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Active RN license in the respective state
  • ACLS certification required
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience
