Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with senior management to define and implement the bank's overall marketing strategy, including advertising, promotional activities, and external messaging.
- Work with a third-party design firm to create engaging marketing materials, such as ads, flyers, signage, and other graphic materials, within established brand guidelines.
- Review and implement sponsorship and donation requests to ensure alignment with marketing efforts and budget.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness across various channels, including the website, print materials, and internal communications.
- Ensure all marketing content and designs meet regulatory compliance standards through collaboration with internal and external compliance reviewers.
- Work closely with department managers to identify opportunities to increase product awareness and drive business growth.
- Direct and oversee internal marketing events, fundraisers, and community programs.
- Assist with audit and examination preparation related to marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the CRA Officer and Community Development Manager to ensure the bank's involvement in community organizations and volunteerism.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Valid driver's license.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or related field.
- One to three years of experience in marketing or a related field.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift 20 pounds at a time.
