Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Parts Coordinator to join our team at Intelligen. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the receipt, picking, packing, and shipping of automotive parts and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities of workers engaged in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping automotive parts and materials
  • Assist new employees with on-the-job training and process documentation
  • Ensure that employees are provided the necessary personal protective equipment
  • Report any unusual circumstances that could influence scheduled work activities
  • Submit weekly Industrial Materials Inventory to ensure timely procurement and receipt of supplies
  • Conduct weekly Custom Case Cycle Counts in accordance with the weekly Cycle Check program
  • Monitor packaging supplies to ensure timely ordering and correct quantities
  • Report progress to supervisor or management throughout the day

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two to three years of working experience in general labor
  • Green belt Six Sigma training preferred
  • Must have HI-LO experience
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to lift a minimum of thirty-five pounds without assistance
