Job Responsibilities
  • Perform new-patient evaluations and exams to diagnose patients and evaluate physical activity limitations.
  • Create a personalized plan that sets a goal and completion date for each patient.
  • Equip patients with physical therapy intervention techniques and exercises, and track their progress.
  • Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care.
Required Skills
  • Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program and current physical therapy license in Colorado.
  • Ability to construct and deploy evidence-based treatment programs, evaluations, re-evaluations, and discharge evaluations within the therapist's scope of practice and knowledge base.
  • Supervisory and leadership skills to work effectively in a small team-based setting.
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in an autonomous environment.
