Job Overview

In this position, you will be responsible for managing patient inquiries related to billing, insurance, and services received from our medical provider clients. You will utilize your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to resolve outstanding balances and address broader patient concerns. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and provide empathetic customer service will be essential in ensuring patient satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of healthcare billing processes, insurance claims, and medical terminology. Experience in healthcare collections, billing, or customer service is preferred but not required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a degree in a related field is an asset.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health, dental, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan after one year of employment. Our hybrid work model allows for flexibility and work-life balance, with the option to work from home upon successful completion of on-site training.
