We are seeking a skilled Production Line Specialist to join our team at Prysmian Group's manufacturing plant in Taunton, MA. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our production lines.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily safety start-up checks and safety checks throughout shifts to ensure a safe working environment.
- Produce high-quality products that meet all specifications outlined in the Work Order, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Input information into the Machine Center computer and verify for accuracy.
- Complete job tasks within specified time periods, including setups, changeovers, reel changes, and material relocation.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous manufacturing experience or proven mechanical ability.
- Solid work history with previous manufacturing experience or proven mechanical/technical ability required; reliable attendance due to 24-hour shift.
- Proficient in basic math, reading, and comprehension of work instructions, computer skills, with English language verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a team environment and participate in safety/quality/production improvement activities.
- Ability to lift or move 50 lbs. and occasionally 75 lbs.
- Completion of on-the-job training for specific job classification as required.
- $2500 Stay Bonus ($1,250 after 6 months; $1,250 after one year).
