Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Microsoft Office Training Specialist to deliver exceptional training programs tailored for both technical and non-technical users. This role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

Location:
Remote opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide hands-on instruction for customized software and hardware utilized within the organization, including various versions of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office.
2. Attend setup meetings and conference calls to prepare for training sessions.
3. Offer post-training support to users, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of the tools.
4. Act as a liaison between end users and leadership, facilitating communication and addressing concerns.
5. Provide phone and Help Desk support as needed.
6. Assist in creating, editing, and disseminating instructional materials to enhance user experience.

Qualifications:
- A four-year college degree is required.
- Extensive experience in delivering training to adult learners in a professional environment.
- Proficiency in current and legacy versions of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Preferred: Microsoft certifications obtained within the last five years.
- Preferred: Advanced degree in education or a related field.
- Preferred: Experience in instructional design and delivering training to diverse groups.
