Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for directing the shift operations of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management
    • Ensure that all products meet Cicis standards and reflect the guests' orders.
    • Supervise a restaurant team, maintain adequate shift staffing levels, and properly train team members to exceed guest expectations.
    • Ensure compliance with uniform and appearance standards, and coach for improved performance.
  • Customer Service
    • Professionally and promptly respond to all guest concerns or issues.
    • Solicit guest feedback, share feedback with team, and use feedback to improve operations and build brand loyalty.
  • Inventory Management
    • Effectively utilize the POS and other systems to manage inventory levels and minimize waste and loss.
  • Asset Management
    • Ensure the restaurant is clean, safe, and organized, and complies with safety and security standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, which will include nights, weekends, and as emergencies arise.
  • Ability to successfully perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant.
  • Ability to lead a team during a shift with no supervision.
  • Bilingual in certain markets.
  • Work with phones and computers.
  • Non-exempt, hourly position.
  • Employment is contingent upon satisfactory results of a background check.
