Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Avamere Wenatchee. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
  • Assist with the Life Enrichment Program, encouraging residents to participate in activities and promoting a sense of community.
  • Document and communicate resident changes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident care, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • HCA license preferred.
  • First Aid & CPR Certification required within 30 days of employment.
  • Food Handlers Card required within 30 days of employment.
  • Knowledge and experience caring for and interacting with elders.
