Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned residential sites, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve quality treatment and services provided to consumers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve organizational goals.
  • Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Ensure proper coverage is maintained to meet the needs of consumers.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years' experience in direct care and one year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective project management and leadership skills.
  • Valid driver's license and qualifying criminal background check.
