Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Orchard, Inc. in Washington.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality outpatient care to patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatrics.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, perform minor procedures (e.g., injections, IUD placements, wound care), and provide walk-in and acute care services.
- Work closely with dedicated support staff, including medical assistants, mental health therapists, and dietitians, using EPIC EMR.
Requirements:
- Board-certified or board-eligible Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Active Washington state license and DEA required.
- At least two years of recent FNP experience with face-to-face patient contact.
