ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating all personnel necessary to successfully execute projects.
  • Managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Communicating effectively with foremen and field technicians.
  • Overseeing the workflow of various projects.
  • Maintaining project timelines and schedules.
  • Ordering and managing materials and equipment essential for project completion.
  • Ensuring the quality of work delivered meets company standards.
  • Promoting a culture of safety with a goal of zero incidents, including adherence to safety protocols and conducting regular safety training.
  • Documenting daily project progress and maintaining accurate reports.
  • Photographing project milestones and creating as-built documentation.
  • Approving workforce hours and weekly material and equipment invoices.
  • Facilitating training for Foremen and Field Technicians.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bi-lingual skills are advantageous.
  • A two-year college degree in Construction Management or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience in interpreting blueprints.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Daily use of Procore software.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.
  • Capability to climb and maintain balance on equipment, ladders, and scaffolding.
  • Physical ability to lift over 50 pounds.
  • A valid driver's license or state-issued ID.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check.
