Adjunct Faculty

Mid Michigan College is seeking a qualified Adjunct Advanced Manufacturing Faculty member to teach courses in the Advanced Manufacturing program. The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and the ability to develop and deliver engaging course content.

• Teach assigned classroom courses in the Advanced Manufacturing program.
• Develop and update course syllabi to ensure alignment with college and accreditation requirements.
• Assess student academic achievement and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and grades.
• Hold regular office hours for student support.
• Communicate effectively with full-time and adjunct faculty, as well as college administrators.
• Participate in staff meetings and in-service programs.
• Support the college's mission, vision, and student service initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of an Associate's degree or 4,000 hours of work experience in manufacturing.
• One year of teaching experience, or equivalent work experience.
