At ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education, we are dedicated to providing hope and support to individuals with diverse needs. We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our award-winning team and contribute to the success of our students.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a BCBA to lead clinical and educational initiatives, provide training and support to teachers and education staff, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective treatment plans, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans in collaboration with teachers and education staff.
  • Monitor the quality of student academics and behavioral services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Provide coaching and support to school employees on crisis management systems, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to respond effectively to challenging situations.
  • Assist with the hiring, orientation, and training of new behavior specialists, helping them to integrate into the team and become productive contributors.
  • Research and recommend evidence-based curricula for use in classrooms, working closely with teachers and education staff to ensure seamless implementation.
Requirements
  • Masters or better degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Licensed as a BCBA and/or Special Education credential.
  • Experience working with students with severe learning, emotional, and behavioral disorders, as well as autism spectrum disorders.
  • Prior experience in special education services and compliance, particularly for students with diverse needs at various levels.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans, assess student progress, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve outstanding outcomes.
Salary Range

$72,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
