Job Summary

As a Sr Director of Manufacturing at HYVE Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive manufacturing strategy that aligns with the company's mission and values. You will lead the development of production plans, schedules, and budgets to meet product demand while maintaining high-quality standards. Your expertise in quality control and assurance will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of excellence. You will also collaborate closely with the supply chain team to manage component procurement, inventory levels, and vendor relationships. Additionally, you will be responsible for controlling manufacturing costs, staying up-to-date with industry regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive manufacturing strategy aligned with the company's mission and values.
  • Create production plans, schedules, and budgets to meet product demand while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Collaborate closely with the supply chain team to manage component procurement, inventory levels, and vendor relationships.
  • Control manufacturing costs by identifying cost-saving opportunities, negotiating favorable contracts, and managing budgets effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and sustainability.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field. Advanced degree MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing leadership roles, preferably in consumer electronics, printed boards industries.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management, and environmental sustainability practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in team management, leadership, and talent development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software for manufacturing and supply chain management.
  • A passion for environmental sustainability and a commitment to the company's mission.
