Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and goals.
- Provide personalized guidance and support to customers, helping them to achieve their financial objectives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive environment, ensuring that all customers feel valued and supported.
- Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings, using this knowledge to inform customer interactions and drive sales.
- Participate in community outreach initiatives, building relationships with local businesses and organizations to promote our brand and services.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- At least one year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
