We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of vendor management for indirect spending and drive company-wide procurement operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, negotiating with, and managing vendors of all shapes and sizes spanning hardware, software, and professional services. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing executive summaries of key agreements that include business context, terms, benefits, costs, risks, and means for mitigation
• Working cross-functionally and building relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and execute sourcing plans
• Gaining a strong understanding of strategic business direction, requirements, and priorities across suppliers and spending categories
• Analyzing spend data and trends to identify savings opportunities, formulating strategies and action plans to optimize vendor performance
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and driving sourcing, contract negotiations, category strategy, spend analysis/market intelligence, and supplier management across all indirect spend categories
• Monitoring vendor performance and conducting regular reviews to ensure compliance with contracts and SLAs
• Identifying opportunities to improve vendor operations

We're looking for someone with 5-7 years of relevant strategic sourcing experience in a procurement function, with a strong understanding of negotiation tactics and key contract terms. Experience leading Coupa integration and serving as a Coupa platform administrator is also highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional negotiation teams and ensuring alignment at all levels. Nice to have experience working in the automotive, defense, or industrial sectors with experience procuring highly customized components. Compensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package, which may also include equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage, 401k retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off. Applied Intuition pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum intended target base salary for new hire salaries for the position. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, interview performance, and the level and scope of the position.
