Compétences requises
  • Performances et Reporting
    • Utiliser des techniques de vente avancées pour atteindre les objectifs quantitatifs fixés par la marque.
    • Assurer un reporting journalier de votre activité via un outil en ligne.
    • Être force de proposition sur les actions à mener en magasin avec pour objectif d'améliorer le business.
  • Expérience Client
    • Proposer une expérience client premium en magasin, à travers un parcours personnalisé, un accompagnement technique et des démonstrations ludiques.
    • Proposer un accueil et un service client premium.
  • Merchandising
    • Être garant de la bonne tenue du SIS en corrélation avec les guidelines de la marque.
    • Assurer la visibilité des produits en magasin, que ce soit en rayon ou en extra-visibilité via les négociations avec le magasin.
  • Formation
    • Garantir la formation des équipes en magasin (vendeurs et responsables) sur l'ensemble des produits.
Profil et Conditions
  • Une excellente présentation, capacité d'adaptation, relationnel, rigueur et dynamisme seront les atouts majeurs de votre réussite.
  • Au-delà des compétences, nous recherchons de vraies personnalités capables de donner du relief à la mission et de réenchanter l'espace de vente.
  • Il est essentiel que vous soyez passionné(e) et expérimenté(e) dans le domaine de la vente. L'expérience dans le monde de l'audio serait un plus.
Conditions d'Emploi
  • CIDD Temps plein 35h/semaine
  • Période de travail : du lundi au samedi (repos mardi et dimanche)
  • Rémunération: 1766,92€ brut mensuel + 300€ variable mensuel + 10% CP + 10% Prime de précarité
  • Indemnités repas: 10,10€ net par jour travaillé sans justificatifs
  • Indemnités kilométriques: 0,28€/km pour un maximum de 30km aller/retour ou prise en charge des indemnités de transport.
