About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Wildlife Service Professional to join our team at Northwest Exterminating. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their homes and businesses are protected from wildlife pests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external customers to create long-term partnerships
  • Perform exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations, ensuring safe and timely completion
  • Set up and build exclusion traps, cut flashing and form hardware cloth to specifications
  • Work in a safety harness from rooftops as needed, performing exclusion services and wildlife removal
  • Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding exclusion and removal work
  • Perform basic repair work on areas damaged by animals, using hand tools, power tools, sheet metal, and screening
  • Follow a service schedule within an assigned territory, ensuring safe and timely arrival at each customer's location
  • Educate and sell customers on wildlife services, reaching or exceeding monthly sales goals assigned by manager
  • Partner with internal groups, such as customer service, sales, and management, to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a Safety-First mindset, including when operating company equipment and company vehicle
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • No experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow with our company
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
Physical Demands / Working Environment

We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
  • Able to lift and move ladders larger than 32 feet, and climb 60 feet
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
