PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Interpret and comprehend technical drawings and client requirements.
  • Conduct inspections and possess knowledge of welding standards.
  • Establish inspection protocols to guarantee thorough validation of specifications and measurements.
  • Acquire essential fixtures, gauges, and indicators to verify machine components for adherence to specifications, within designated tolerances.
  • Complete quality assurance checklists throughout the process.
  • Confirm identification of components and suppliers (internal or external).
  • Assist in resolving daily inspection challenges related to methods and tools.
  • Complete all required documentation including annotated drawings, data sheets, PPAP submissions, or client-specific forms.
  • Experience with CMM operation and programming is advantageous.
