Lead COMSEC Maintenance Specialist

Spectrum Comm Inc is seeking a highly skilled Lead COMSEC Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance activities within the COMSEC Products program.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and COMSEC products, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical guidance and oversight to COMSEC Products technicians
- Evaluating technical performance and conducting on-the-job training
- Documenting production hours and tracking output for up-channel reporting
- Authoring monthly activity reports and updating labor hours expended
- Maintaining work-center and individual safety requirements
- Returning COMSEC equipment to a serviceable condition
- Providing technical advice and guidance on testing, troubleshooting, and installation/maintenance procedures
Requirements:
TS/SCI eligibility and 4 years of experience as an electronics technician with the COMSEC Products program or a minimum of 6 years' experience as an electronics technician.
