CFIUS Compliance Senior Role


Vonage has established a Business Critical Transformation (BCT) Office to oversee compliance with CFIUS requirements following the acquisition by Ericsson. We are seeking a highly motivated CFIUS Compliance Senior to join this growing team.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine audits of company policies and procedures, implementing policies as needed to comply with legal regulations, and supporting the CFIUS Compliance Senior Director to ensure controls are operating effectively.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Perform internal reviews and testing of controls and monitoring to evaluate adequacy and effectiveness against CFIUS requirements.
  • Document notes from compliance meetings with the Vonage Security Officer.
  • Support the Compliance Director in documenting auditing activities and maintaining the documentation library structure.
  • Assist in maintaining the control inventory.
  • Review CFIUS-related communication and training materials.
  • Collaborate with the business to collect CFIUS-related external audit RFIs.

Requirements



  • 3+ years of experience in Audit, Assurance, or Compliance, with a focus on internal assessments, external assessments, or management review activities.
  • Knowledge or experience with CFIUS is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Must be based in the US, preferably in Holmdel, NJ, or DC, or within the Eastern or Central time zones.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, Technology, or a similar field.
  • CPA, CIA, CISA, or equivalent certification (or in process of obtaining).
