Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Radiologic/Ultrasound Technology program.
- National certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or equivalent, along with state licensure if necessary.
- Advanced certification in specialty, RVT/RCS/RDCS or equivalent for Cardiac/Vascular, required within a specified timeframe.
- BLS certification is mandatory.
- Clinical experience of 1-2 years is typically required.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Completion of AHA ACLS Provider Course within a designated period is required.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing or mental health settings is preferred.
- Proficiency in all competencies required of a Polysomnographic Technologist.
- Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers is necessary.
