Job Title: Telecommunications Engineer

Aditi Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Engineer to join our team. As a Telecommunications Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing our clients' network infrastructure in specific geographic locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and engineer routine and specific outside plant work orders for BAU and Rural BB services.
  • Provide administrative and field support to the outside plant work forces in the York area.
  • Drive to the field to design, maintain, and optimize clients' network infrastructure.
  • Design upgrades, repairs, and enhancements to the Outside Plant telephony network.
  • Meet with customers and complete Site Surveys for HBW/FTTP/FTTC projects.
  • Coordinate with various departments and have direct customer contact.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical/science/mathematics fields or prior work experience in the telecommunications field at least 2 years.
  • Prior working experience and basic knowledge of Outside Plant Engineering Practices.
  • Proficient computer skills (windows-based programs and google systems).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • 3-5 years of prior working experience and basic knowledge of Outside Plant Engineering Practices.
  • Prior working experience and basic knowledge of Canvas, LFACS and IDDS/ICGS and/or Aditi Consulting's construction/engineering process and procedures.
Compensation and Benefits:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position. Medical, dental, vision, PTO benefits and ancillaries may be available for eligible Aditi Consulting employees and vary based on the plan options selected by the employee.
