The Administrative Support Specialist plays a critical role in the success of continuing education programs at Northeast College of Health Sciences. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for program administration, customer service, and technical support. In this role, you will work closely with the Associate Director of Continuing Education and other colleagues to ensure the smooth delivery of programs. You will also be involved in marketing and outreach efforts, including developing and distributing marketing materials.

Responsibilities
• Program Administration: manage registrations, program setup, and technical support
• Customer Service: provide exceptional service to healthcare professionals and staff
• Technical Support: host webinars, provide technical support, and train staff on software and systems
• Marketing and Outreach: assist with developing and distributing marketing materials
• Other tasks assigned by the Associate Director of Continuing Education and/or Dean of Continuing Education

Skills and Qualifications
• High school degree or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
• Experience with online learning platforms and webinar software preferred

Work Environment
This is a part-time position with a minimum of three days per week at the Levittown Campus. The successful candidate will be expected to work independently and as part of a team. You will be required to sit for extended periods and use computer equipment.

Salary: $16.00 per hour
