Job Summary

This position is responsible for performing Night Auditor and Guest Services Representative duties, including greeting and registering guests, conducting nightly audits, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Conduct nightly audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of guest room charges.
  • Balance nightly credit card transactions and receive payments on accounts.
  • Prepare daily Managers' Reports and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • High School Degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in Hotels and Customer Service.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven guest relations, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with computerized front office systems and handle cash with accuracy.
  • Professional image representative of company image.
Working Conditions
  • Physical requirements include standing for prolonged periods, finger dexterity, and proficiency in the English language.
  • This position requires full-time, 40-hour workweeks from 10 PM to 8 AM, 4 days a week, with 3 days off each week.
