Hotel Night Auditor

This position is responsible for performing Night Auditor and Guest Services Representative duties, including greeting and registering guests, conducting nightly audits, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and register guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Conduct nightly audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of guest room charges.
- Balance nightly credit card transactions and receive payments on accounts.
- Prepare daily Managers' Reports and perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High School Degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in Hotels and Customer Service.
- Proven guest relations, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with computerized front office systems and handle cash with accuracy.
- Professional image representative of company image.
- Physical requirements include standing for prolonged periods, finger dexterity, and proficiency in the English language.
- This position requires full-time, 40-hour workweeks from 10 PM to 8 AM, 4 days a week, with 3 days off each week.
