Job Summary

Cate Street Seafood Station is seeking a skilled Host/Hostess to join our team. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for greeting guests, seating them in a timely manner, and presenting menus in a friendly and professional way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests, present menus, and inform them of special catches and soups.
  • Treat all guests with exceptional service, striving to exceed their expectations.
  • Manage the waiting list, run the floor plan board, and observe tables to ensure efficient service.
  • Communicate with guests regarding wait times, take orders, and answer questions about the menu and restaurant.
  • Perform other duties as directed to ensure a positive dining experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
