About the Role

Sun River Health is seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our team at our Spring Valley location. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide individualized nutrition counseling to patients referred by medical personnel, ensuring they receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial nutrition assessments and develop personalized care plans for patients
  • Provide education on healthy eating habits, nutrition, and disease management
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and best practices
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
  • RD/RDN and CDN certification
  • 2-4 years of experience in nutrition counseling or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
