Key Responsibilities
  • Activity Planning and Implementation: Assist in planning and coordinating a variety of activities and events that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents.
  • Resident Engagement: Promote resident participation in activities and events, and encourage socialization and interaction among residents.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with the setup, execution, and cleanup of events and activities, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for residents.
  • Program Development: Collaborate with the Activities Director to develop and implement new activity programs and events that meet the changing needs and interests of our residents.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with residents, family members, and staff to ensure that activities and events meet the needs and expectations of all stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience working with seniors, preferably in a senior living community or similar setting.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent certificate.
  • Certifications: Valid First Aid Certification.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong organizational and planning skills.
