We are currently seeking a highly qualified MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) Lead Engineer to enhance our diverse project portfolio in Florida.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage the design and execution of MEPF systems for various projects, encompassing residential, commercial, industrial, medical, and multifamily developments.
  • Prepare, review, and validate engineering drawings and documentation in accordance with Florida state regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to deliver integrated and efficient design solutions.
  • Conduct site assessments, inspections, and evaluations to ensure compliance and uphold quality standards.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to guarantee successful project outcomes.
  • Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and staff members.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, codes, and regulations to maintain best practices and compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Florida.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in MEPF engineering, with a robust portfolio of completed projects in Florida.
  • Proficiency in design and analysis software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of Florida building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Capability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

  • Experience across various sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial, medical, and multifamily projects.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and delivering complex projects.
