This role involves providing exceptional patient care and education in aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, IV Vitamin therapy, and hormone replacement therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer aesthetic injections and IV Vitamin therapy to clients.
- Conduct venipuncture and manage peripheral IV lines.
- Monitor patients during infusions and respond to any emergency situations.
- Perform blood draws as directed by laboratory protocols.
- Provide comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop tailored treatment plans for clients.
- Educate clients on the benefits and risks associated with aesthetic procedures.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment through strict adherence to infection control practices.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
- Utilize online booking systems effectively.
- Assist in managing patient inquiries and documentation.
- Maintain inventory levels for supplies and treatments.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices in aesthetic nursing.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the relevant state.
- Certification or training in aesthetic injection techniques.
- Strong understanding of anatomy and pharmacology related to aesthetic treatments.
- Proven experience in administering aesthetic procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
