Behavior Analyst - Full-Time

We are seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a K-12 setting. As a BCBA, you will develop and implement behavior intervention plans that foster academic and personal growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop behavior plans.
  • Train and support staff on behavior intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and specialists to ensure student progress.
  • Monitor and evaluate student data to adjust interventions.
Qualifications:
  • BCBA certification required.
  • Masters degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Prior experience in school settings preferred.
