Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Allied Services Manager to join our Early Intervention program at People Incorporated. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and operation of occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech language pathology services for the program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with Massachusetts Department of Public Health Early Intervention Operational Standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and fidelity of services delivered.
  • Work closely with the EI Program Director to monitor assessments and manage the needs of the Allied Services team.
  • Provide regular supervision to Allied Services staff and maintain assigned productivity levels.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in occupational or physical therapy or speech/language pathology, along with relevant licensure.
  • At least one year of experience in clinical management.
  • Minimum five years of experience in Early Intervention.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to proactively participate in program planning, administration, and quality assurance functions.
