About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and patient Inside Solutions Representative to join our team at Cox Communications. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales initiatives, developing strategies for selling bundled services, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers to upsell additional products and services.
  • Handle customer renewals and provide timely follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver proposals and presentations to new clients based on their business needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, service level, and terms and conditions with clients.
  • Determine serviceability of client location and work with sales engineers to address any installation or service issues.
  • Perform ROI assessments to determine the profitability of sales.
  • Follow up with prospects to qualify leads and request signed contracts.
  • Provide customer intelligence and feedback to the marketing department.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, or a high school diploma or GED with 3 years of experience in a related field, or an AS/AA degree, a BS/BA degree, or certification in a related discipline.
  • Experience working with computers and common business software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
  • AS/AA or technical certification in a related discipline.
  • 2 years of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals.
  • 2 years of experience selling by telephone.
  • 6 months of experience selling telecommunications products and services.
