We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist PRN to join our team at StoneSprings Hospital Center. As a diagnostic imaging specialist, you will play a crucial role in capturing high-quality images using magnetic resonance imaging scanners to aid in patient diagnosis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in radiologic technology and be able to closely follow a physician's instructions, prepare and operate MRI equipment, position patients correctly, and effectively record the requested diagnostic images.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize magnetic resonance imaging scanners to capture specific images ordered by a physician to aid in patient diagnosis.
  • Prepare and operate MRI equipment, position patients correctly, and effectively record the requested diagnostic images.
  • Adhere to Attendance and Tardiness Policy and support responsible staffing decisions.
  • Demonstrate efforts to eliminate waste and remain calm in crisis situations.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology.
  • Continuing education credits as mandated by the ARRT for licensure.
  • ARRT(R)(MR) certification and BCLS required.
  • Minimum of one year as a MRI technologist preferred.
