Certified Phlebotomist

Select Laboratory Partners is looking for dedicated full-time and part-time phlebotomists to join our team in Ocala, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while performing skilled specimen collections, representing our organization with professionalism.

The position offers a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. Part-time roles will require no more than 30 hours of work per week.

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited phlebotomy program and possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience. We offer competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits for full-time employees, along with a company-funded life insurance policy valued at $50,000.

• Conduct blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages.
• Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
• Enter patient information into the laboratory information system accurately.
• Gather and manage patient insurance billing details.
• Maintain logs for patient and specimen information.
• Perform administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all patients.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations.

• Phlebotomy certification from a recognized agency is mandatory.
• A minimum of one year of practical experience is required.
• Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.
• Possession of reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
