Certified Phlebotomist

Select Laboratory Partners is looking for dedicated full-time and part-time phlebotomists to join our team in Ocala, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while executing precise specimen collections, representing our organization with professionalism.

The work schedule consists of day shifts from Monday to Friday. Part-time positions will require no more than 30 hours per week.

Applicants must possess a diploma from an accredited phlebotomy program and have a minimum of one year of relevant experience. • Conduct blood draws using venipuncture and capillary techniques across all age demographics.
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing.
• Input patient information into the laboratory information management system.
• Gather and manage patient insurance billing details.
• Maintain accurate logs for patient and specimen information.
• Perform administrative and clerical tasks as required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all patients.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations.

• Certification in phlebotomy from a recognized institution is mandatory.
• A minimum of one year of practical experience is required.
• Capability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.
• Possession of reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
