We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Justin Udy & Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the entire listing process, working closely with sellers to ensure a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Listing Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date listings on social media and the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to provide exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • File Compliance: Ensure all necessary documents, including listing agreements, seller disclosures, and other relevant paperwork, are completed and submitted to the office broker in a timely manner.
  • Property Inspections: Schedule and coordinate property inspections with customers and vendors to prepare homes for sale.
  • Seller Transactions: Supervise all aspects of seller transactions, from initial contact to the execution of the purchase agreement, allowing our real estate agents to focus on selling more homes.
  • Listing Information: Prepare all necessary listing information, including property photography, pre-listing presentations, comparative market analysis, and online research for each property on the MLS database.
  • Sales Activity: Track and input client information into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to produce reports and share goal progress with the team.
  • Agent Support: Assist 4-6 agents throughout the real estate transaction, providing exceptional support and ensuring a smooth process.
  • MLS and Data Entry: Upload listings to the MLS, Dropbox, and Dotloop, and perform data entry tasks as needed.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions and listings.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between agents, clients, and title companies, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the transaction process.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Customer Service Focus: Be driven to provide an exceptional customer service experience for each client.
  • Real Estate Knowledge: Currently hold or be pursuing a real estate license, with previous experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages highly valued.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with college experience preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Possess basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Reliable Transportation: Have reliable transportation to travel to various locations as needed.
