Overview:
Moody National Management Company is in search of a dedicated Housekeeper for our vibrant apartment community. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Prepare individual apartments for new residents by ensuring they are thoroughly cleaned.
- Respond professionally and promptly to resident inquiries and concerns.
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks including:
- Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
- Cleaning appliances like refrigerators and stoves.
- Transporting waste to designated disposal areas.
- Replacing light bulbs as needed.
- Report any safety hazards to management.
- Deliver messages between staff and residents as required.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with safety and security protocols.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Strong command of the English language; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Effective organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience and Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in a similar role.
Work Environment:
This position is primarily based indoors within an apartment complex, utilizing standard housekeeping equipment and cleaning solutions.
