Job OverviewAs a Lead Maintenance Technician with United Apartment Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. Your primary responsibility will be to perform routine maintenance and repairs to maintain a safe and clean living environment for our residents.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings and equipment to identify potential issues and perform necessary repairs
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Oversee the make-ready process to ensure apartments are ready for new residents
  • Order and replace broken parts or equipment as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
  • EPA Type II Certification and HVAC Certification
