Job Title: Clinical Care LVN/LPN

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled LVN/LPN to join our team as a Clinical Care Specialist. This is a full-time contingent position, starting at 30 hours per week up to a possible 40 hours, and may require floating to other nearby locations and working alternating weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer vaccinations and injections, including influenza, COVID, and TB test placements
  • Obtain vital signs and provide emergency care in collaboration with the provider on site in emergent situations
  • Perform patient registration, intake, and checkout, as well as assist with wait room management and other responsibilities
  • Prepare the clinic and waiting space for the best patient experience
  • Help meet our mission to help people on their path to better health by providing excellent patient-focused connections and activities
Requirements:
  • Previous experience administering immunizations and injections and providing evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education
  • Minimum of one-year related work experience in a healthcare setting
  • Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record
  • Ability to take vital signs and hold Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
  • Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol is required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room
  • Previous experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Record
Licensure/Certifications:
  • The LPN/LVN must have a full, active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State
