Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates and re-evaluates patient needs and develops individualized treatment plans.
  • Provides direct patient care and implements specific treatment programs.
  • Fosters collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited Program in Physical Therapy.
  • Licensure and Registration in Arizona.
  • CPR certification.
  • PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Six months of experience preferred.
