Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload trucks and receive merchandise in a timely and efficient manner
  • Stock and arrange merchandise on shelves and in the backroom, ensuring a clean and organized store environment
  • Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store, providing exceptional member service and support
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, identifying and reporting any discrepancies or issues
  • Collaborate with vendors and drivers to ensure smooth and efficient receiving and stocking processes
Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 pounds) and stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on providing exceptional member service
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately count and manage inventory
