About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled RF Engineer to join our team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. As a key member of our Integrated Warfare System and Solutions (IWSS) team, you will be responsible for designing and developing RF circuits, including antennas and radiating elements, for use in radar applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop RF circuits, including antennas and radiating elements, for use in radar applications.
  • Work alongside senior engineers and subject matter experts to design receiver/exciter circuits and subsystems.
  • Lead junior RF engineers through mentoring and technical guidance.
  • Conduct trade studies, perform dynamic analyses, and interface with vendors.
  • Provide leadership experience with RF engineers and engineers from other disciplines.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of different types of antennas/radiating elements.
  • Experience with RF analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of RF circuit design and analysis.
  • Experience with lab equipment, including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and vector network analyzers.
  • Ability to obtain and hold a DOD security clearance.
