As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you'll have the opportunity to work in various post-acute care settings, including ALFs and SNFs. You'll work closely with residents and medical staff to devise care plans, ensure residents receive personalized treatments and medications, and explain best options for care with residents and their family members.
