**Job Summary:
As an LPN on the Ventilation Unit, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care to our patients. You will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans, attending to daily operations, and assuming leadership roles as needed. Your knowledge and skills in physical assessment, medication administration, and communication with interdisciplinary teams will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients.
**Requirements:
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing (diploma)
- License for Practical Nursing
- AHA CPR Certification
- Basic computer skills; Synquest; IV Pump; Phillips Monitoring System; Accucheck; EKG Machine, Specialty Bed Operation
