About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Gaming Program Manager to join our team at Maxonic. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing gaming programs and projects, ensuring their successful execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage gaming programs and projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they meet key milestones and financial parameters.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, priorities, timelines, costs, and workstream sequencing, taking into account interdependencies with other programs.
  • Lead Agile Scrum rituals with associated product teams, ensuring they understand and work towards achieving the business vision, goals, and objectives of the program.
  • Analyze and evaluate project interdependencies and their impacts on the program, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Own security, privacy, and fraud reviews, communicating related needs to respective groups within the organization.
  • Manage release schedules for digital client products, driving high-level cost estimation for projects in the program portfolio.
  • Lead the annual operating plan and quarterly reforecasting efforts for the program.
  • Develop and maintain strong facilitation and communication skills, adapting approach to different types of engagements.
  • Engage in difficult conversations to achieve actionable outcomes, moving and delivering product within deadlines.
  • Set expectations and hold individuals and teams accountable to their commitments based on timelines and/or schedules.
  • Prepare, communicate, and educate client groups and teams on changes in policies and practices within the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience with over 8 years of experience in Project/program management.
  • Hospitality or related experience, with responsibility for leading/coaching team members and process/operational improvements.
  • Experience with stakeholder management, change management, executive communication.
  • Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization, including executive management, and lead large presentations.
  • Strong and proven experience leading and executing on cross-domain projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in developing high-performing, engaged teams with a keen focus on leadership development, accountability, and execution.
  • Technically proficient using a computer with proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the Internet.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail to drive development of high-quality deliverables.
  • Ability to form and communicate opinions based on available facts/data, presenting ideas in a tactful manner to persuade team members and cross-functional partners.
  • Understanding and coaching team members on principles of change management and project management, demonstrating commitment to team building and supporting a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with Resorts International guest service practices, operations, and culture.
